What is the Vampire Facial?

The Vampire Facial is a surgical free option for patients who have baseline good skin that is not severely damaged, but who are looking for overall skin rejuvenation and improvement in skin texture.

The Vampire Facial utilizes your own body's healing ability to stimulate skin recovery and smoothing. Available as both an injectable and topical, PRP is on the cutting edge of regenerative therapies.

How Does the Vampire Facial Work?

The TruPRP system collects and separates your own natural tissue rejuvenating components for application. The Vampire Facial can be applied just below the surface of your skin or topically and treated with the Micropen which allows the PRP to penetrate into your skin.

When the PRP is applied over the micro needled areas, it is able to penetrate deeper into the underlying skin. The PRP then intensifies the natural healing mechanism within the skin by the absorption of its high concentration of growth factors.

Generally, with the Vampire Facial, 3-6 treatments are needed about a month apart to achieve the best results. Afterwards, periodic one-time touch-ups are recommended to maintain the effects. Your medical provider can determine the best treatment approach.

Are There any Side Effects?

The Vampire Facial uses your own blood and no synthetic components, which reduces the risk of any allergic reaction.

You may experience some common reactions, such as mild irritation, edema, bruising, swelling, itching, discoloration or tenderness at the injection site. Once any redness resolves, the tightening and rejuvenation begins in earnest.
